About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which presents Vera Tower + Residences. It is published by Vera Fund LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What this site is
A presentation, for information only, of an office building that stands today at 1600 S Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 and of a residential building proposed beside it. It describes the property and the proposal; it does not create any agreement, commitment or relationship between you and us.
A proposal, subject to approvals
Construction has not started and approvals are not complete. Massing and façade remain subject to approval conditions. Everything said about the proposed building describes an intention, and may change or not happen.
Architect’s renderings and conceptual visualisations show design intent. They are not photographs, and the finished building, its materials, its surroundings and its views may differ from them.
No advice, and no reliance
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, property or other professional advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation. Do not rely on it to make any decision; take independent advice that fits your circumstances.
Accuracy
The site draws on the owner’s own documents and on public records, and each statement is marked with where it comes from. We take care over it, but we do not promise that it is complete, accurate or current, and it may change without notice. The site is provided “as is”.
Who owns the content
The text, renderings, visualisations, photographs, drawings and design of this site belong to us or to the people who made them. You may view them, and print or save a copy for your own reference. Any other use — copying, publishing, altering or using them commercially — needs our written permission first.
Using the site properly
Please do not try to disrupt the site, to reach parts of it not meant for the public, to copy it in bulk by automated means, or to present its content as your own or as ours in a misleading way.
