Who we are
This website, www.veraofficetower.com, presents Vera Tower + Residences at 1600 S Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062. It is published by Vera Fund LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to information about you when you use this website, and nothing else.
What this site does not collect
There is no form, no account and no sign-in anywhere on this site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising and no social-media plug-ins, and embeds nothing from another service. The fonts, images and scripts are served from this site itself, so your browser contacts nobody else while you read it.
What is processed when you visit
Like every website, this one is delivered by a web server. Ours is run by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. To send you a page, and to protect the site from abuse, the server receives the technical details every browser sends with a request:
- your IP address;
- the type of browser and device;
- the page requested, and the page that linked to it;
- the date and time of the request.
These details are kept in the hosting provider’s request logs for a limited period. We do not use them to identify you, to build a profile of you or to follow you across other websites.
Cookies
None. The site stores nothing in your browser; the Cookie Policy says so in full, and says what would happen first if that ever changed.
When you write or call
If you write to info@veraofficetower.com or call +1 (954) 315-1700, we receive your email address or telephone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Your message passes through the providers that run our email and telephone services.
Who else sees it
We do not sell information about you, and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled only by the providers named above, on our behalf, and disclosed to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with it and any follow-up, then deleted. Request logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy.
